Cheese experience
Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of milk processing and watch our cheesemakers at work. You will learn how milk is turned into cheese and mozzarella, why our cows and buffaloes are so happy, where the first buffalo mozzarella in Switzerland was made and much more.
Afterwards, treat yourself to an aperitif or other culinary delights in our bistro.
Families, individuals and small groups can visit our cheese experience at any time without prior reservation and let us spoil you in our restaurant.

Cheese Workshop
After your visit to the Cheese Experience, roll up your sleeves and create your own cheese. Under expert guidance, you’ll learn how to turn your cheese into a truly special treat—and ensure it turns out perfectly. A lasting memory is guaranteed: Of course, you’ll get to take home the cheese specialty you made yourself.
In the cheese workshop, you can choose to make a classic Mutschli, mozzarella, or fondue.
We ask that you register at least one week before your desired date.
Maximum group size: 15 people.
Minimum group size: 6 people.
