> Workshop Leader for the Cheese Workshop:
Every year, countless guests immerse themselves in the fascinating world of milk processing during our cheese experience. For groups of 6–15 people, we offer the opportunity to get hands-on in the cheese workshop and prepare a classic Mutschli, a creamy fondue, or delicate mozzarella balls. We are looking for your support to provide instruction and supervision in the Cheese Workshop.
Once or twice a week (or as your schedule allows), guide a group of interested visitors through the cheese-making process. Including preparation and follow-up, each session takesabout 2–3 hours.
Requirements include having some knowledge of the cheese-making process (dairy training is not mandatory) and enjoying interacting with your participants.

> Dairy Technologist:
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and quality-conscious individual to join us as a dairy technologist.

We offer training
The EFZ dairy technologist apprenticeship lasts three years. During this time, you will process raw milk and produce regional dairy products.
You’ll operate production equipment, maintain machinery, and inspect the products. We’d be happy to show you exactly how the training program works at our cheese dairy and what to expect. Why not come see for yourself?
