> Cheese workshop leader:
Every year, countless guests immerse themselves in the fascinating world of milk processing in our cheese experience. We offer groups of 6 - 15 people the opportunity to get hands-on in the cheese workshop and prepare a classic Mutschli, a creamy fondue or delicious mozzarella balls. We are looking for your support for instruction and supervision in the cheese workshop.
Accompany a group of interested people through the cheese-making process 1-2 times a week (or according to your possibilities). With preparation and follow-up work, this takesabout 2-3 hours each time.
The prerequisite is that you have some knowledge of the cheese-making process (dairy training is not essential) and enjoy communicating with your participants.

> Dairy technologist:
We are looking for a committed and quality-conscious person to join our team as a dairy technologist. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the production and processing of high-quality cheese products and actively contribute to maintaining our high quality and hygiene standards. If you have a technical understanding, a sense of responsibility and enjoy modern production processes, you can expect an exciting working environment in a future-oriented company.
We train
The EFZ dairy technologist apprenticeship lasts three years. During this time, you will process raw milk and produce regional dairy products. You will control production systems, maintain machines and inspect the products. But the best thing to do is to watch our video. Our former apprentice Nick tells you himself how he experienced his training in our cheese dairy.
